Good sensations at the Palma International Boat Show 2022
It was a pleasure to be able to participate in the Palma International Boat Show, and we would like to thank the organisers of the event for their collaboration. We had the pleasure of officially presenting our first 100% electric Llaut M7 and the attendees were able to see first hand the experience of sailing on a 100% electric, silent and zero emissions boat.
We are very satisfied with the response of the public and specialized press, it validates our premise of betting on a traditional llaut with a 100% electric propulsion. We have tried to present to the market a new approach to sustainable sailing, based on the typical Mallorcan llaut with lateen sail, we have redesigned the deck and integrated a propulsion system of the latest generation.

We thank the more than 200 attendees who came up and tried the llaut, it was very gratifying to see the smiles and happy faces as they discovered the quiet and relaxed sailing. The absence of noise, vibrations and diesel smell makes a big difference in the sailing experience, to understand it you have to experience it.
We would also like to thank all the team, collaborators, suppliers, partners and families who have enabled us to achieve this milestone. We are a recently created project, born during the pandemic with great enthusiasm, and it has been a challenge that we have been able to overcome thanks to teamwork and the partners and collaborators who have committed to revolutionise sustainable sailing in the Mediterranean.
During the Boat Show we also presented EcoExplorers, the sustainable tourism experience that we have developed in collaboration with different organisations and that will be launched from the 1st of June with a fleet of 3 boats. And thanks to the collaboration of the events and destination services agency specialised in sustainable activities LifeXperiences, one of our llauts will offer the experiences exclusively for the St Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort hotel, located in the vicinity of Puerto Portals. Special thanks to the LifeXperiences and St Regis Mardavall team for supporting our project.
At our stand we also presented the Torqeedo product range, the best and widest range of electric motors and battery systems of the latest generation. And thanks to our esteemed collaborator Joan Ramon Bordoy, master craftsman specialising in handmade pulleys and traditional sailing, we offered a small sample of traditional pulleys used in the most authentic llauts of Mallorca.
And last but not least, thanks to the mestre d'aixa Sebastia Vidal, who we made run until the last minute to present the rigging and woodwork of the llaut, to Velas Matheu authors of our lateen sail and to TrueWorld Organization, who measure the carbon footprint of our activities and recently certified the CN Arenal as the first port in Spain neutral in emissions through its TRUEPORTS solution, network of sustainable marinas and ports.
For a more sustainable nautical sector.
